Richard Gordon-5th Senador

Richard Gordon is a Filipino Politician and a broadcaster who currently serve as the Chairman of the Philippine National Red Cross. In the election he was the one who run as senator again, and he was in the 5th place out of 12 senator winners. Why Gordon deserved to be a senator again? well because he really help Filipino in so many things and one of it he increase the tourism investment here in the Philippines, he advertise the beautiful creatures of our country so that there will be foreigners will come in the Philippines and will earn money, also he created jobs for the Filipino by convincing foreign and local businesses.

Gordon also was the first who fight against the corruption in the time of President Joseph Estrada, more over Gordon added the possible rescuers in the time of disaster, he increase the funds for disaster relief and preparedness, as a Chairman of the Philippine Red Cross he help Filipino how to care our self, free seminars for first aid and etc. and training for the Filipinos. As a student i like Gordon because he advocate students to be a good historian, to go back in the past and appreciate the important events, refresh our minds in history using the different museum and there are still programs that Gordon passed in the government. Dick Gordon takes responsibility for the welfare of the nation.

He does not fix the blame; thus he fixes the problem.He sensibly chooses his responses and makes reliable decisions for the welfare of the country. Dick Gordon is quick to act when his surroundings required it, especially in imminent and actual emergencies and disasters. He is also well known for turning around difficult situations, transforming hard and desperate circumstances, and leading the people to live better lives.

Filipino Commuters

There are billions of people living in the Philippines and  Columnist Boo Chanco wrote that “30 percent of the road space is used by vehicles that transport 70 percent of commuters, while 70 percent is used by cars that transport 30 percent of commuters. Metro Manila is one of the center of traffic here in the Philippines because there are main roads that could they use to go to other side of the Philippines, like manila going to province using bus, own van or truck for deliveries.

And as one of the commuters I admit it that its really hard to commute mostly when the time you commute is a so called "rush hour" and jeepnies, bus, taxi, and etc. are not enough to contain commuters, as a student and having a schedule of rush hour because its 7:30am until 5:30pm its making me sick because of the traffic and at the same time the air became more dangerous to our health because of the pollution and getting worst of smoke that vehicle out. And as a solution, Sometimes I wake up early in the morning so that I could go early and will not the experience traffic so hard in that i could go in school earlier, less pollution can inhale, less traffic and you can ride in a jeep that is not full. Sometimes, i go with dad because he have a motorcycle so it could be fast because he could make a "singit" strategy since its just like a bicycle. Or last solution I make is to still wake up early in the morning and ill walk going to school and use the school shuttle service, since I'm only living here in Pasay which is quit near in school.

A Piece of advice if you really want to get early in your destination first measure the distance, next measure your time, be resources, have a time management, and be wise. As the saying of other "Nagbayad ka ng buo, dapat makaupo ka ng Buo! Hindi yung nag bayad ka ng buo tapos pwet mo lng ang makakaupo".

The Next Vice President-Leni Robredo

Maria Leonor Santo Tomas Gerona, also known as Leni Robredo born April 23 1964. I believe to her capabilities because she will not rises the rights of the women but she will rise also our country from a corrupt government and poor economic, as she said in the Vice Presidential Debate

Kaya sabay-sabay tayo iangat natin ang ating bansa".Because of this words, i will say that she will really do her promise and her plataforms to the Filipino.

And we one know one of her inspiration was her husband who was dead because of an accident and i would be the same as Predsident Cory Aquino who run as president and her husband was also killed by unknown people which is based on her regulation as a president she really do well, so let's pray that Leni Robredo will be like Cory Aquino after she will be officially proclaim as our Vice President.

Our Golden History of Freedom

How did we get our freedom? When Spaniards still here i our country, Filipinos don't have a right to speak, to contradict the Spaniards, to do anything, the Filipino way back was only a slave, all they need to do is to work and listen and pay and work again for the Spaniards. That's why in the history during the Spanish, some Filipinos are poor, some are hiding, and some are go to the Spanish rule. Polo y serbisio is one of the famous policy of the Spaniards, they are forced to work. After all the bad things doing by the Spaniards, Filipinos didn't feel the fear to secretly counter attack the Spaniards, KKK was build, where is Andres Bonifacio is one of the member, Propaganda a newspaper contradict the Spaniards which is Dr. Jose Rizal belong, and so much more group.

After the dead of Dr. Jose Rizal, Andres Bonifacio and other member of the KKK was build an attack to the Spaniards because after the dead of Dr.Jose Rizal, Filipino was wake up to truth situation of our country from being blind and sleepy heads, we fight for our freedom. Blood was flow and the victory was gotten. That why we always celebrating independence day to show our respect to the hero who use their life and blood just to have a freedom that we wanted, and Filipino nowadays sometimes, didn't know what is independence? Or why we have independence day? Some adolescents are contented to post it on social media then its done, is done that they already great the Filipinos for having independence day. This event is really inspiring and significant let's try to spend time with our hero and try to flash back their sacrifices for us, let's appreciate all the things that we have right now and lets dedicate it to them, let's make our country respected so that it would pass to the future Filipinos.

"The Mother Story"-Filipino Movie

The title of the movie is "The Mother's story" its about the mother who live here in the Philippines but because of lack of work and low salary the mother few to other country and there she work hard for her children. The mother was roled by Pokwang, in the story she have a two children and that time the children was still young, her husband don't have anything work and always go to casino to play cards, majong and etc. She is the only one who work in the family, the only one who earn money for their daily expenses in their home, she is a make up artist of a famous model and gay actress and one day the model will be having a concert in united state and she's pushing pokwang to be with her so that she don't need to hire another make up artist on the said country, after of negotiation of her mind she accept the job and in that scenario she will be left in her family for a week.

The day before they will come back here in the Philippines she saw her high school friend and there they talk about there past life and there status in life, and her friend knows the hard of life her in the Philippines Philippines she recommend to apply in his friend house to be a baby sitter and a house maid, at first pokwang really didn't want to stay in united state because he all ready miss her children but then after thinking what is really good for her children she accept the work and there she work for almost 4 years, she was abused by her boss there so that she decide to back to the Philippines since she have a little money left to invest and make a business to still earn money. Back in the Philippines she thought that she also miss her children but it wasn't, one of her child didn't know her and the other one was don't like her anymore because of she did, her husband was have another girl and family, all her love one's was all gone, the happy family that she left was now broken and but as the day past by and because of her sacrifice to get the heart of her children she complete again the family that she left before and they live happily ever after. This story was really inspired me even though my parents is here in my side it still inspired me because i know its really happened in a real life, and i know we have a huge amount of Filipino worker's abroad who's working hard for their family. We all know that they have a good lifestyle there because its really differ from where are here now but it was all in contrast. Let's appreciate what our parents sacrifice for us, understand them why did they do that and still love them because even they are not in our side i know and we know that they never forget us every second, minute, hours or day because that's how they really love us.

My Father Than Everything

My dad is one of a kind, he is a shy person but have a voice if necessary, a working hard man so that we could have a better life, a handsome man, quite person, and most of all a loving, supportive and caring dad. My dad loves to fix any electrical materials like electric fan, television, radio, charger, laptop, cellphone and etc., he also love sing like songs of J Brother, 18s and 19s song, he also love experimenting things, he cook sometimes and i really loved it mostly his tinolang manok dish and there are more things that my dad can do, sometimes Im dreaming to be my dad in a future or my husband will be like my dad because he can do anything, for me he is a superhero with extra ordinary power. Me and my dad is not that close because I have work and at the same time studying and my dad is also working so we have a less time to get moments with each other. When I get home early and he wakes up and take his lunch, after that he asking me " kamusta sa school ?" Or while he is eating ill be the one who will tell what happened on me in school, or something happy happened, pissed off, or sad or challenging things.

If were all in a rest day, we go outside and make a bonding moments, like eating, playing, story telling, and so much more. If there are times that we cant go outside and we are all free, we still making beautiful moments at home, my dad always want to carry us like a baby and then sway like your swaying the baby so it would sleep then sing a lullaby, sometimes I get pissed off on that because im heavy also I felt unwell after those creepy but sweet senario, it shows that I dont like it but I cant help it because I know its my dad way to have contact with us after all his busy work. Sometimes, when I get out in work late he texting me or chating me so he could pick me up, in those times I really felt that my dad really loves me. I love my dad very much so that in this coming father's day me and my siblings preparing some special foods, and gift to be given to our best daddy ever. I really want to say to him, in front of him how much i really love him, that I and my siblings are super blessed to have a daddy like him, that he was our super hero and our forever and ever boy friend, best friend and everything. My dad is my Hero

From Stranger To A Book Lover

I am an outcast. I never felt the sense of belonging towards anyone. I would rather stay inside the comfort of my room than to socialize with other people outside my four cornered wall, which I called my own dimension. I have a family who loves me dearly and a small group of friends but deep down inside of me, I am empty. The world, as I can see it, is nothing but a blank space and a meaningless place. Then I began questioning myself if life is really worth living for because I can't seem to find my own definition of life anymore. I didn't know that everything will change when I began to read a book. Everything feels so new and it is something that I never felt before.

Every page brings color to my dull world. The feeling was indescribable, indeed. I never thought that these books will bring me an unutterable joy. I can even relate myself to each characters in the story as if our emotions and hearts are entwined with each other. I found out that a good writer will be able to let their readers experience the same fictional world with their characters. I've read more than fifty books which includes books written by famous authors and aspiring writers. Moreover, most of my favorite books were written by Veronica Roth, Stephen King, Dean Koontz, and Chelsea Handler. These people served as my inspiration to write a book as well. However, I have also encountered some problems regarding my love for books. One of the problems that I have encountered so far is the cost associated with each book. I can never deny the fact that the books sold in the bookstore are quite expensive and as a student, I have to save my allowance in order to buy a book. However, I will never regret spending the last coin in my pocket for a book. The happiness it brings me can never be compared to its cost. My own collection of books are my precious treasures. I will never forget the day it gave me a new definition of life.

Myself As A Roller Coaster

Many of us experiencing achievements and failures, there are times your up and there are times your down and we cant change that because that's the circle of life, my life that is like a roller coaster. Hi, I am Eva R. Samillano and i will tell you the story of my life. I was came in ordinary family, not that rich and not that too much poor. My mom is came from a big family in Surigao Del Sur and my dad is in Aklan, so how did they made me? From Visayas and Mindanao is really far although I was born in manila which is part of Luzon, what a very logic scenario right? But here is the story and the start of my life until now. My dad and mom work and live here in manila for good and experience, and they meet in one house, my dad was a security guard and my mom was a baby sitter, and as the day past by few years after knowing each other deeply and face to many struggles in their relationship they plan to settle and plan their own family with the bless of course of my grand parents. Fast forward i was the second child out of three children as Im growing old it was like a roller coaster that from the start its moving slowly like Im trying to learn new things and as i get higher and faster this time I am starting to face struggles, my learnings is getting tougher and tougher and tougher, there are times when in the upper part of the roller coaster there are happiness that you cant explain, there are achievements and goals that you accomplished but all in all there are still frightening you to continue those things and it will result to make you down, in there I am starting to experience depression, being of outcast and no body cares you, all the failures was all in you. But like old says all the things have limits, happiness, sadness, trials and etc. because all your problems will be solve just always in be in your self, listen to your parents and most of all always build a strong connection to god so that he could bless and guide you and after all this experience i know that i need to be prepare for the next adventure and roll of the roller coaster so that if I failed again, I can solve it, move on and continue in ride and enjoy.
